Job Purpose:
The Job Holder is responsible for maintaining the minimum and maximum & re-order level quantities physically, checking inventory, handling purchases and returns, keeping records of inventory.
Key Accountabilities:
•    Receive items and merchandise (mechanical or electrical spare parts) only after verifying all required documents, including the purchase order, delivery order, and invoice.
•    Ensure that all received items match the descriptions and specifications outlined in the Purchase Order.
•    Handle and store merchandise or specialized products that may require knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, or contamination.
•    Arrange and organize stock according to requirements and established procedures.
•    Recommend suitable substitute materials in emergencies or to replace outdated or unavailable items.
•    Manage the lending and rental of tools, equipment, furnishings, and devices, ensuring they are maintained in good condition and repaired or replaced as needed.
•    Good knowledge about technical items market and have a wide range of suppliers’ data.
•    Good technical background and understanding of the evaluation of machinery and tools.
•    Arranging regular PAT tests and other technical tests for tools and ladders.
•    Always maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
•    Set up the store items as per alphabet and for easy handling and follow ups.
•    Good knowledge of CAFM, for uploading stock items in system,
•    Ability to raise PR and close GRNs in SAP system.
•    Accurately issue items from the store in accordance with approved internal requisition forms.


QHSE Responsibilities:
o    Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, procedures, legal requirements, and applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
o    Foster a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and industry standards.
o    Participate in QHSE audits, risk assessments, and required training programs.
o    Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and safety standards.
o    Support environmental and safety initiatives aimed at minimizing risks and promoting sustainability.
o    Regularly review and update processes to align with continuous improvement objectives.
o    Actively engage in health, safety, and environmental training to ensure compliance and raise awareness across the organization.


Job Requirements
Experience & Qualification
•    Diploma in technical/MEP field - which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance
•    Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in UAE, preferably in a production-related environment

Knowledge & Skills
•    Good technical background.
•    Basic knowledge of spare part names and serial numbers
•    Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets
•    Good knowledge in computer and CAFM skills like Maximo, ZOHO, etc.
•    Familiarity with documentation processes and requirements
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
