Specialist - SAP FICO

Role Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for providing a high level of expertise & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of SAP FICO application and business process developments. Also, the incumbent is responsible for Creating and modifying SAP configuration using defined development standards, procedures, and design specification.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design and configuration processes for complex SAP FICO solutions within its sub-modules in ECC and S4HANA, while also have a good knowledge of the SAP PS module.
• Provide technical support to end users; diagnose and resolve application-related issues, identify root cause, as well as institute corrective action and preventive measure.
• Ensure that the system change request process is adhered to in terms of quality and commitment to timelines for estimation/delivery purposes.
• Identify trends in incidents and targeting areas for improvement.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Certified SAP FICO in S4HANA,
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP FICO with following module:
  • Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
  • Accounts Receivables (FI-AR)
  • Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
  • Cost Elements (CE)
  • Cost Centre Accounting (CO-CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (CP-CA)
  • Internal Order (CO-IO)
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Knowledge & Skills

• Experienced with SAP change control processes and procedures (CTS)
• Experienced with SAP best practices.
• Experienced with one or more; SAP ASAP methodology, agile methods, ITIL, Solution Manager or other project management tools.
• Experience in Implementation of National and International Projects
• Experience in Rollout, Enhancement and upgrade of SAP system
• Proficiency in designing & implementation of Time & Attendance ESS MSS, Travel Management.
• SAP Functional Expert with project implementation and rollout skills
• Knowledge in Dashboard development and reporting tools.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, expectations, and feedback.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Skilled in SAP PS to Implement the key components such as PS Structure, Planning and Budgeting.
