Job Title Assistant - QAQC
Department: Public Cleansing & Waste Collection

Role Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the function related to design, implementation, and analysis of operational reports as well as the development and improvement of internal processes while ensuring full compliance. Additionally, the incumbent will support operational excellence & innovation team to maintain the quality system: evaluate, implement, and monitor procedures towards achieving the best quality of service in terms of waste collection and public cleansing, and improved customer experience and satisfaction level.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyzing operational data to identify trends and preparing summarized monthly/annual reports for top management. 
  • Coordinate with operations/projects to ensure the accuracy of operational reports data. 
  • Support operational excellence team for KPIs/ service inspection, compliance indicators, and prepare dashboard & reports for all national and international projects.
  • Perform field visits/ projects inspection to achieve highest standards in the quality of service while optimizing costs: Implement a system of Internal operational audits at the site as scheduled with proposed action plans.
  • Prepare Gap analysis of all municipal contracts & action plan. Investigate quality problems in the field and root cause.
  • Support Operational Excellence Team (QAQC) to review all internal processes, methods of statement for: 
  • Customers complain resolution. Incident creation, Data reporting, Daily, Monthly & Yearly reports formats review SOM
  • Support for customer survey campaign.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Summarize and analyze survey results.
  • Visit to operations to discuss the survey outcomes.
  • Prepare/ support for action plan.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 10002: Customer Complaints Handling System by coordinating with stakeholders, participating in internal and external audits, and facilitating system compliance.
  • Coordinate with HSSE dept. for QMS revision and implementation in Tandeef.
  • SOPs, procedures preparation and implementation
  • Non-compliance report with contracts and client’s requirements and responsible for action plan
  • Become an agent to spread the values of excellence, continuous improvement and standardization amongst all projects and colleagues.
  • Support for any other tasks performed under the function, as assigned by the direct line in-charge.

Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree/ Accredited Diploma or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field, highly preferred to be within the waste management industry,
• Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• UAE Driving license is must

• Good communication and written skills (preferred) English
