Role Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible for generating sales opportunities and achieving budgeted sales goals and maximize revenue for Bee’ah by implementing sound sales techniques. Also, the incumbent is responsible for establishing and maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

Accountabilities:

  • Promote market penetration for BEEAH services and increases revenue and revenue generating opportunities
  • Follow sales strategy set by management for each territory
  • Coordinate with the Commercial Area Sales Manager to develop effective sales and marketing techniques
  • Coordinate closely with operations for collection service ensuring best service to clients
  • Develop client leads as necessary and converting them into permanent collection contracts
  • Provide customers with necessary quotations after understanding requirements
  • Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Represent Bee’ah at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Record sales and order information
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and safeguard their own safety and health, as well as that of anyone who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
  • Refrain from being under the influence of any intoxicating substances to the point where they pose a risk to themselves or others while on the job.
  • Cooperate with their employer concerning safety, health, and welfare in the workplace.
  • Refrain from engaging in any improper behaviour that could jeopardize their own or anyone else's safety or health.
  • Participate in safety and health training provided by their employer.
  • Make appropriate use of all machinery, tools, substances, etc., as well as any Personal Protective Equipment supplied for use at work.
  • Report any flaws in the workplace, equipment, etc., that could pose a safety or health risk.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor of science degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferably
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business
