Position Title: Graduate Trainee – UAE National Development Program

Location: BEEAH Headquarters / Head Office / Waste Management Complex

Duration: 12 months of structured placement

About the Program: Our RISE - Graduate Program is a launchpad for future leaders. Successful applicants will be engaged in a carefully curated journey across key business functions, operational teams, or technical domains. Through tailored learning, coaching, and hands-on exposure, this program is committed to shaping competent, confident, and career-ready Emirati professionals.

• Core Integration: Experience direct integration into core business and high-impact projects at BEEAH.

Who Should Apply: We’re looking for recent UAE National graduates that excel at problem-solving and are eager to learn. You should:

• Be a recent graduate (ideally graduated within the last 18 months) with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent, in a STEM or Business-related degree subject area

• Have a UAE National passport and Family Book.
• Have completed military service.
• Be curious, innovative, and ready to contribute from day one.
• Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Have a desire to grow within a future-focused organization.
• Be fluent in English (spoken and written).
